We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return any unworn item within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. Mặt hàng must be in original packaging and the same condition as you received them.

Open the order in your account dashboard and click "Start return", or email [email protected] with your order number. We will send a prepaid return label for domestic orders within one business day.

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of us receiving the return and applied to the original payment method. Bank posting times vary; allow up to 10 business days for the credit to appear.

Sale items, intimate apparel, and final-sale flash sale purchases are excluded from returns. Personalised or made-to-order items are also non-returnable unless faulty.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 7 days with photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund — including any return shipping cost — at our expense.

International customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty. We do not refund original shipping or duty charges on international returns.
